Cooperation in training, scientific research, and recruitment between the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, ESUHAI Group, and companies in Japan.

On the morning of 21.11.2023 at the office of ESUHAI group- Da Nang branch, the Lecturers of Faculty of Chemical Engineering including Dr. Ho Viet Thang-Vice Dean, Dr. Duong The Hy- Head of Division of Chemical Engineering, Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan - Head of Division of Chemical Engineering-Oil and Gas had a discussion about training, internship, scientific research and recruitment for graduates with experts from KOUASTU GAS Company, Japan. At the meeting, Dr. Ho Viet Thang introduced the history of the establishment and development of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, teaching staff, undergraduate and postgraduate training program, and the current research team at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering. Then KOUASTU GAS Company led by Mr. KATO AKIHIRO - Former Director/Member of the Board of Directors - KOUASTU GAS Company introduced an overview of the company, the needs, and job opportunities at the company. The two sides had an intimate exchange on training, exchange, internship, and scientific research in order to train high-quality human resources to meet the jobs that Japanese companies are in need of recruitment. 
In the afternoon of 21.11.2023, KOUASTU GAS company and ESUHAI group introduced jobs, remuneration, and development roadmaps for more than 50 students in the 4th and 5th years of Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Technology and Oil Exploitation, Faculty of Chemical Engineering. In particular, the company pays great attention to training and fostering so that they can later return home to become managers of Japanese companies with branches in Vietnam. After the company's introduction, many students were interested in learning more about engineering programs and job opportunities in Japan.
Hopefully, this will be an important stepping stone for further development between the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and the company in the future.
