The Faculty of Chemical Engineering is honored to welcome Professor Jonathan Lindsey from the Department of Chemistry, North Carolina State University, USA

On the morning of October 11, 2023, at the Office of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, University of Science and Technology, The University of Danang, teachers and students of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering welcomed to Professor Jonathan Lindsey from the Department of Chemistry, North Carolina State University (NCSU). At the working session, Dr. Ho Viet Thang, Vice Dean of Faculty of Chemical Engineering introduced to Professor Jonathan Lindsey the teaching staff, training programs and research directions. Next, Professor Jonathan Lindsey introduced the group's research directions as well as instructions on the steps to apply for a full scholarship to study the PhD program (directly from the Engineering Program) at NCSU. Through the introduction, Prof. Jonathan Lindsey added that Vietnamese students are very hard-working and diligent in studying and scientific research, so this year the Professor hopes to recruit 6-7 graduate students from Vietnam to study at his Lab.

After the Professor's presentation, teachers and students of  the Faculty of Chemcal Engineering had discussed with the Professor about the cooperation in scientific research as well as discussed questions about the curriculum, scholarships, and requirements.
