Danang Polytechnic Institute of Science and Technology (DPIST) was established with the aim of concentrating resources (equipment, human resources, etc.) of the University of Danang University of Science and Technology to connect strongly with enterprises, government agencies and foreign partners. DPIST focuses on the following key activities:
- Scientific research, especially applied research to address practical issues in the areas of engineering (construction, architecture, information technology, automation, environment, biotechnology, etc.);
- Technology research, development and transfer;
- Training, consulting and design in the fields of engineering.
